Our newly constructed 4500 square meter standardized production base has officially obtained national quality certification and was fully put into operation on May 15th. The new factory is equipped with three intelligent production lines, integrated with industrial robot welding workstations and fully automatic spraying systems, achieving a 30% increase in production capacity of core products such as hydraulic gantry shears and metal balers. In the workshop certified by ISO9001 quality management system, high-precision laser cutting machines and digital assembly lines work together to achieve a machining accuracy of 0.02 millimeters for key components. The newly built product quality inspection laboratory is equipped with a 200 ton pressure testing machine, which can simulate extreme working conditions to complete equipment reliability verification.
After the new base is put into operation, the monthly average delivery volume will exceed 8 sets. "The production director introduced that the factory is specially equipped with exhaust gas treatment system and noise reduction facilities, and the environmental indicators are 20% better than the national standard. At present, 12 domestic renewable resource enterprises have signed annual supply agreements with the company, and overseas orders have increased by 25% synchronously.
