The company announced today that its independently developed third-generation multi blade gantry shear has successfully broken through the decades long barrier of dynamic blade adjustment technology in the global scrap metal processing industry. Through its unique "stepped self compensating blade group system", it has achieved a double leap in equipment durability and operational accuracy, marking China's high-end equipment manufacturing as one of the world's top tier.   
The core technological breakthrough of this upgrade lies in the innovative development of a blade dynamic compensation module, which uses nanoscale laser sensing technology to monitor blade clearance in real time and, in conjunction with a hydraulic servo system, achieves millimeter level fine adjustment accuracy. After verification, the deformation of the cutting edge of the equipment is controlled within 2mm after 300 hours of continuous operation, which reduces the failure rate by 80% compared to similar international products. According to actual testing data from a European steel giant, the equipment life is extended by three times when processing high hardness alloy steel, and the annual maintenance cost of a single unit is saved by over 120000 yuan.   
This technology has put Chinese manufacturing at the top of the value chain. "The chief engineer revealed that the design has obtained multiple invention patents, and the matching tungsten cobalt alloy blade adopts aerospace grade surface treatment technology, with a 150% increase in wear resistance index. At present, the products have been exported in bulk to 15 countries including Germany and Japan, with a repurchase rate of 92% for overseas customers. German veteran equipment manufacturers are actively seeking technical authorization.
